For the past three years, GB Lubricants has achieved Platinum status, placing the business within the top 1% of companies audited globally since 2023.

GB Lubricants has a long history of manufacturing high-quality lubricants, having been formed in 1877. 140 years later, we are still here today, with a presence all over the world.
With the increasing issues regarding the world we live in and threats to the environment, we at GB Lubricants fully recognise that there is a need to take control of the part each one of us play. GB Lubricants are committed to reducing our carbon footprint and particulate emissions and producing cleaner air through greater fuel economy. GB Lubricants also promotes the use of biodegradable oils from sustainable sources.
In 2019, we achieved the EcoVadis Gold Award for Sustainability and Corporate and Social Responsibility (CSR), which we retained until gaining the EcoVadis Platinum award in 2023 which the company has successfully retained for a 2 years, in both 2024 and 2025. With a progressive sustainable action plan we hope to continue into a greener future.
This award puts GB Lubricants in the top 1% of companies in its sector evaluated by EcoVadis worldwide.
GB Lubricants also operate to numerous ISO standards which further assist in our sustainable goals. These incorporate energy management, environmental, quality and health & safety ensuring that the highest operational standards across the entire business are achieved.

We have our own-brand OEM oils and we are able to offer storage, dispensing and telemetry equipment solutions. We have exceptional experienced area account managers, who will look after your needs and be a one point of call. The GB brand of speciality lubricants and greases are marketed and distributed worldwide. We are constantly developing within new, emerging international markets product ranges designed to meet the customers’ requirements – from automotive and commercial vehicles to industrial, construction, plant and agricultural industries.
