I answer the phone, process orders, handle enquiries, credit control and accounts queries. I put the customers at ease with any problems that they may have.

I am responsible for the maintenance of all documented information within our Integrated Management System and dealing with quality, health, safety and environmental communication from external regulators, customers, the general public and other interested parties.
