St Oswald’s Hospice to be GB Lubricants’ Chosen Charity in 2022

Gateshead-based GB Lubricants will be supporting St Oswald’s Hospice during 2022 as it has been announced that they will be the chosen charity of the oils, lubricants and greases manufacturer and distributor.

GB Lubricants, which has been based in Gateshead since 1877, will support the hospice, which, in turn, supports seriously ill people in the North East living with an incurable condition and their families.

Paul Booth, Managing Director of GB Lubricants, commented: “Having had limited opportunities to really interact with a charity over the past two years due to COVID, it is an exciting time to be able to hold events, support and raise money for such a worthwhile cause like St Oswald’s Hospice who do such an incredible job in caring for ill people in the North East.”

St Oswald’s Hospice is a charitable hospice based in the North East and provides outstanding, specialist care to adults and children that have life-limiting conditions.

Richard Lowe, Partnerships Manager at St Oswald’s Hospice, added: “Our corporate support is hugely important to us and we are extremely grateful to GB Lubricants for making us its charity of the year. Without this kind of support, we simply could not raise the money we need to make sure we are there for those that need us most.”
