GB KUTILUBE 7 FF

A semi synthetic high performance, formaldehyde release biocide free, water soluble cutting fluid.

APPLICATIONS
GB KUTILUBE 7 FF is a medium oil content cutting fluid specifically formulated for the machining of tough ferrous and non-ferrous alloys. It uses a unique combination of chlorine-free lubricity additives to achieve superb machining performance. GB KUTILUBE 7 FF is an extremely low foaming product which enables it to perform well in through spindle systems and high coolant volume delivery applications. GB KUTILUBE 7 FF is free of secondary amines, boron, and biocides. GB KUTILUBE 7 FF is used for turning, milling, drilling, threading, and reaming. It is also suitable for cold forming of steel sheets.

MATERIAL COMPATIBILITY
GB KUTILUBE 7 FF is primarily designed for use on ferrous and non-ferrous materials, including aluminium alloys.

WATER COMPATIBILITY AND PRODUCT MIXING
GB KUTILUBE 7 FF is suitable for a wide water hardness range, typically between 50 and 350 ppm. GB Lubricants recommend the use of automated mixing systems; however, when mixed manually, the water should be agitated whilst the concentrate is added. The emulsion strength should always be checked prior to application, using a calibrated refractometer.
